Dear Sir,
I have tenants in my commercial(shop) premises in Goa from 1970 onwards, I'm jobless now and i want start a business, is there any law, owners requiring shop for bonafied use?

Yes, you can file suit for eviction of the tenant on the ground of bona fide need.
Your case has good merit.

Dear Sir,
I searched Indian Kannon, and this is what I got (http://www.indiankanoon.org/doc/803761/). There is no clear cut SC judgement, which says commercial tenants can be evicted because of need of bonafied need.
Is there any SC judgement which clearly specifies commercial tenants can be evicted for personal bonafied need ?

thanks for your valuable feedback, another question I wanted help. Last week my one
commercial shop tenants meet with an accident and is hospitalized.
1. Is tenancy inherited?
2. Does tenancy dies with the tenant ? can his son/daughter continue as tenants in the same commercial premises ?
