Crpc 125 - interim maintenance

My wife filed Crpc 125 against me.

Later I know to come regarding her employer, filed croc 127. In her reply, she again denied her job/earning.

Can interim maintenance order be cancelled. Please guide, what remedies i have in this case. Thanks

You should submit the proper evidence,then interim allowance may be cancelled or revised,failing which you can approach to the District Court or High Court.

Yes, if you prove ehr employment then interim mainenance ca be cancellled provided there is not much different between your respective incomes.
