Check office (where you are posted) in your establishment is registered under Factory Act or (name of your state) Shops and Commercial Establishments Act and accordingly look into the applicable enactment.

Generically speaking:

Work Hours/day=8hrs
OT: 2 hours/day and not exceeding 12 hours/week,50 hours in one quarter.
