Dear Sir,
My name is Joseph Vincent.
I have case pending in Madurai High court regarding land case. Now my opposite party Sagayaraj is not respecting district court judgements.that means that judgement is not favour to him. simply he raised SECOND APPEAL(MD) 739 of 2011 MP(MD) 2 of 2011 in Madurai High court. But now he sold 70 cent to others which is illigal. we given complaint to SP police.. but no police taking action for that... same land Sagaraj is illigally selling again and again. but we could not stop him... please note that he is selling other land survey number and ouupying my land. Now my opposite party Sagayaraj is not co opearte with survey my Patta land ... How to get it solved from this issue,? My cell number is 07829869682

if he has sold land in ocntravention of court orders he can be hauled for contempt of court . your lawyer will do the needful .
if survvey number of land sold are differnt from survey number in suit proceedings then you dont have case .

In case of selling by your opponent, even though either a Stay Order or an order of "Statuesque" is there in 2nd appeal, you can go for filing of a "contempt of court petition". The rest of things, if not covered in the 2nd appeal ,it is a different issue.Better to take service of your advocate in this regard.

He has got rights to go for second appeal, if he is indulging in acts violating the court orders, a contempt proceedings against may be initiated, at the same time, you may in your interest issue a paper publication in any local news paper stating that the properties in question under so and so survey numbers are in dispute before court of law vide case no..., hence it is cautioned that the buyers may verify all the papers properly before buying the paper or else they will be doing so at their own risk. This will bring some respite as the seller will restrict his illegal activities seeing this.

Dear India Lawyers,
I really happy about your valuable response.
Thanks for that. Paper publications already given..now many real estate people are saying to me that already they got my land from some one .. when i take EC, there is no villagam..that means the patta under my name only.
In tamil nadu, we have Anti land grapping act is there. my question is why police cant arrest my opposite party Sagayaraj to do illigal sale.. If possible, what are all the way to do?
Do we have any special Anti land grapping court to get proper solution in tamil nadu?
As Mr.Ajay Sethi said, it is true that there is no case if survvey number of land sold are differnt from survey number in suit proceedings then you dont have case .
Now my opposite party Sagayaraj Simply he raised SECOND APPEAL(MD) 739 of 2011 MP(MD) 2 of 2011 in Madurai High court. But my lawyer is saying that no further communication from his lawyer regarding his SECOND APPEAL(MD) 739 of 2011 MP(MD) 2 of 2011 in Madurai High court.
I'm totally confused about many things which is the way to get permanent/proper solution in this issue.
