Hello respected members
I want to what all can be done if a govt doctor taking money from his patients in govt hospital.
For example in suicide attempt case he doestnt inform police treat the pt take money n discharge him
N so many ways he takes money abuse patient.
Now in this corrupt world wat all can be done against him as he has good political support too.

The court of law will require cogent evidence in support of your case. Mere words of mouth will not suffice.

Try to record the act and conduct of that particular doctor or prepare any patient for your support.

Inform Anti Corruption Bureau with some evidence. They will take steps to trap him.

May be trapped by Anti Corruption Bureau through some fake patient. Sting operation by media would also be helpful.

Write a letter to his higher up, informing what u believe.
Let them investigate and take action.
It will remain in his Personal Record too.

ACB process is lengthy and results are discouraging. Majority cases acquitted for reasons of strictest proof/ hostile witnesses, lack of adm of justice/ .
If u go thru hearing of evidence in AC cases, u may drop this idea.
Defence Advocates had developed lots of trick to prove him innocent..

trial takes 5-10 years, and all looses their interest ..

Hmm tough job i think if i ask media people to do this they will also ask money for the same?
Its tough for me to see poor patients suffering from this corrupt pathetic doctor.
Still not getting a solid way to expose him out...

Informing / writing letters to anti corruption department and higher officials of the health department can be done easily.

swiftest possible action is to contact ACB. They know how to proceed.

writing to higher authorities is just like alerting the corrupt and inviting enimity and defamation case.

if the accused is to be arrested red handed while accepting bribe then your identity cannot be withheld. You will be a witness.

If the matter is of disproportionate assets then they need not disclose your identity.
