My father is bed ridden from the last couple of years.My other brothers are forcefully dictating terms to him. Anyways, we live in a commercial property and my brothers want to rent out part of it.The part that they want to rent out is being presently occupied by all the brothers.
Then registered rent agreement will be made in my father's name.
Now should I vacate that place? What will be the scenario of the rent agreement once my father expires(this is inevitable)?
And can my brothers create a forge will to later claim that father has given them the rights to take all the rent?
Or should I dont let them rent out the property and wait this my father is alive?

let your father take the call . since he is in his senses he can take the decision whether property should be rented out or not . if your father desires to rent it out vacate the premises .
the apprehensions of will are presently misplaced . your father is still alive . in presence of all borthers ask him to execute a will and bequeath property as he desires .

Better try to get all your names included in the rent agreement. If your father is in the clutch of other brothers, there is every likelihood that they may come up with a forced Will or other deed.

Enter the names of all the brothers in the agreement or convenience you father to gift / relinquish the rights in the the property to all of the brothers.

Can the names of all the brothers be included in the registered rent agreement even though the property is only in the name of my father?

Anyone can with the permission of the owner become the landlord even though he is not the owner to that property

The names of you brothers can also be got inserted in the rent agreement with the consent of your father and tenant.
