False 498-a case against husbnad nad his family

Hello Sir,

Wife has filed false case U/Sec. 498-a of IPC. Husband promoted to the higher post in govt. However due to the said case his promotion is withheld. Please help me pull out husband and his family by proper advice and citations to that effect.

The correct position is that because of the pending proceedings, the recommendation of the DPC regarding your promotion is kept in sealed cover. Further course of action depends on the decision of the Court.
