Want Urgent Assistance:
Please LEt me know IF there are 2 civil suits between the same parties on different ground, CAN evidence of one suit can be reffered while Cross examination of witnesses in another Suit.
Please let me know the provision or Judgment.

yes it can be referred and evidence can be confronted

as the grounds are different therefore

evidence will also be different and separate

in both suits.

Even though the cases are on different grounds but the relevant evidence of another suit can definitely be put to the witness.

Subject to relevance in the case and the witness being the same, there is no harm to refer, if the evidence has already been recorded in another case.
