Documents withdrawl in pending suits

Sir

I want to withdraw my original trade license which is kept on court record and the suit is pending.
Trade license is needed in every aspect to run business.

Threfore, under which order/rule of CPC 1908 should i file an application.

Kindly help

Yes, you can apply for its withdrawal by filing its xerox copy.

An application with affidavit with undertaking that as and when required by court you shall produce the original,you can get it back filing xerox copy .You are not required to mention any provision in application and when there is no provision
there is 151 CPC as this all relates to case management during pendency of a litigation.
You never need to worry so much.

I am sorry to state demand of format teases me as it make a practicing person handicapped.

You just state that in day today business different govt inspectors come and demand the original and in absence of original harass you(client)That is sufficient need for it.Further state you are ready and willing to produce the original as and when required by court.Hence keeping a true verified xerox copy by court the original may kindly be returned.

You are required to move an application for sapurdari under section 451 of criminal procedure code if the license is in the court file in a criminal case.
