Regarding demolition of inherited property

(Querist) 04 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
My grandfather had left a property to his disabled daughter, which, on her death, should be passed on to her caretaker (who is her sister). But her caretaker is demolishing the house and rebuilding it, to suit her needs. One of the floors is supposed to be allotted to my uncle, who is the brother of the disabled daughter and caretaker, though we have not got the will copy to verify this fact.

Is the demolition legal, even if my uncle has no share in the property? If there is a share, then it is obviously illegal, right?

Also, where can one obtain a will copy?

is the property still standing in name of grand father or has been transferred in name of disabled daughter ?

if still standing in name of grand father issue legal notice to the caretaker that demolition is being carrired out unautorisedly .

Whether the disabled daughter is mentally or physically disabled. Whether orders from any court has been passed confirming caretaker as caretaker for the disabled.
If the property is in the name of grandfather the demolition can be challenged, even if the property has been mutated in the name of disabled sister, the demolition is irregular without her valid consent.
