Vadodara District Forum has ordered against Two Wheelar Dealer i.e. Kumar Automobile for charging excess amount.

(1) Pay complainant Rs.3,000

(2)Deposit Rs.50,000 to Consumer Welfare Fund.

Now, my query is that -

(1) What is the proceedure for execution of above said (2) Clause.

(2) Who can file execution for amount of Rs.50,000/00

(3) Can complainant file execution for above said Second Amount Rs.50,000 ?

The complainant cannot file execution for the Second Amount Rs.50,000.

the said money has to go to consumer welfare fund . if order has not been complied with draw attention of the forum to said aspect

Complainant should file execution case and the procedure is there in the Act. read section 25 and 27.
