we are three brothers who inherit the house from our mother. both of my brothers are ready to give their share of property to me. what procedure should i choose so that i pay less stamp duty? should we make a relinquishment deed or for declaration? currently the house is under our mother's name.

check the stamp act of UP . it would be nominal amount . further deed has to be regd
