Apply to the office of registrar wherein such property was registered by paying the requisite fee with the entire relevant facts like no. of registered deed and date with the name of the parties viz. seller and buyer.

my brother and i hv equal share in the property inherited through unregitered will. i hv the original title deed of this house. can my brother sell his share of property by getting the certified copy of title deed from court?
