Hi,

I want to have a agreemtent with contractor for home renovation worth of five lakh rupees (Rs.500000/.). Please suggest the value of stamp paper required.

If at all you go as proposed then get it registered also.

Regisration of the Agreement shall be for the safer side but the stamp duty cannot be told as you have not mentioned the State wherein such agreement has to be got registered.
