Supreme court order on settlement of property dispute

Sir,

Please advise whether Supreme Court has issued any order to lower courts (District Courts etc) stating time frame for settlement of property disputes.

Sc has not fixed any time frame as it is not possible in Indian context.

However, in 2005 in Salem Advocates Bar Association Case, Hon'ble SC did mention certain guidelines, which were adopted by various HCs but those were mere guidelines only and not binding upon courts.

no specific guidelines, those are applicable as per circumstances.
