Legal hairs of decree holder

Decree holder expired during pendancy of execution proceeding living two sons and one daughter as his legal hairs.
Can legal hairs move application for joining them in execution proceeding? If yes, under what provision?
(Order 22 rule 3 is not applicable on execution proceeding and sec. 50 is applicable only on judgment debtor)

Legal Heirs can join execution proceedings by filing application u/s 151 of CPC in court.
