I have written and published belowmentiones Article at various places. What legal action can be taken against me by anybody.
" TOUTS OF COURTS
Do you know who is the most important person for any advocate, either practising at lower court or at District Court or at High Court or at Supreme Court, from last 22-24 years in India. The answer is ‘ Tout ’. A person, who brings court’s work for an advocate, on commission basis, is known as ‘ Tout ’. The quantity of briefs of an advocate is not depend upon his/her efficiency, knowledge of law, ability, seniority, honesty, competency and performance etc., rather same is a result of his/her maintaining ‘ Touts ’. Now one would ask what do you mean by ‘ Tout ’. Let me tell. A ‘ Tout ’ is a person, who induces/instigates, on the basis of falsity, any party of a court’s case/complaint/matter to engage any particular lawyer for conduction of said case/complaint/matter in the court. The fee of said lawyer in that court’s case/complaint/matter is also settled by said ‘ Tout ’. After getting part/full payment of said fee by said lawyer from that party, about fifty percent of that payment is given to ' Tout ' by said lawyer.In this way the fifty percent of total received fee in question goes into pocket of ' Tout '.
This ' Tout ' is not bound to have any academic qualification and license from any agency to do that work of tout-ism. Anybody can become ' Tout '. Now a days
mostly ' Touts ' are among lawyer's clerks, Private Typists of courts, Private Draft-Men of courts, Officials of Courts of any rank, Officials of department of Police of any rank, Officials of department of Jail of any rank, Officials of department of Revenue of any rank, Officials of private/public Hospitals of any rank, Officials of Public/Private Banks and Public/Private Assurance Companies of every level, Officials of any other Government and Private department, Officials of Bar Associations of Courts of every type,Officials of court's canteens of any type, Sweepers and Blacksmiths of courts and other localities of cities and villages, Municipal Councils, Members of Gram Panchayat, Politician of any level, Prostitutes of different places, Persons having civil and criminal court's cases of their own etc. Even advocates himself/herself are doing job of ' Tout ' for other advocates.
Most of advocates give as much respect to any of ' Tout ' as given by them to any respectable elder member of their family. Earnings of most of ' Touts ' are much higher then most of advocates of India. Sycophancy of a ' Tout ' has become the only religion of all most all advocates of India. Now if any advocate wants to shine his/her advocacy in India, then it has become very necessary for him/her to adopt said religion of sycophancy of ' Tout ' .

Who can take action against you for publishing the facts of today's corruption??
TOUT, OR DALAL, also had influence with IO, and cases thru him, get quick Bail, no strong objection from PP/ Police.
Direct cases are strongly opposed, and gets PC.
It set example to all accused, "GO THRU TOUT" OR police will beat you like anything,
Police have their fixed touts, fixed Advocate, who share 70% of fees for Police & tour, 10% towards Paper prep & expenses, bal 20% for office overheads and his family.
WHO WILL BELL THE CAT??
Police, Criminals, PP, Touts, their choices Advocates, influential Local Politicians , have FULL SETTING. wHO CAN BREAK THEIR CHAIN??
It is a Money Racket, Honesty & intelligent Lawyer don't work. Ajay ji, why did you spared Judges??
All these are published often in news paper.
Over and above, your comments are tru, and General. You had not named any specific person or location.
So in my opinion "NO legal action can be taken against YOU by anybody."

Why u spared Medical / Post mortem Dr., Hand writing Experts, ALL WITNESSES who tell lies on oath, invariably says , i did not read Panchnama, I was never there?? Why Police do not use CC Camera during investigation, it will be cheaper than present Legal expenses, and Police overhead.
Police earn from all sides.
Only innocent Public had to pay for all, Tout/ Police/ Advocates/ & all concerned.
They quickly become very rich, very powerful, and unbeatable.

you have given general examples not made allegation against particular advoocate or tout . so no action can be taken against you .

Very good analysis from Mr.Bansal and equal aclaim by Mr.Shroff.He has brought outthe replica of today's functioning,but I doubt whether there can be an end for this.

No body can prosecute you as being a citizen of India you have every right to express you view or opinion. There is not a single word against any specific person or body . Moreover, personaly i do not agree or support some pints of your opinion. But it is an issue related with public interest. I may not agree or support some points with you. being lawyer i am duty bound to uphold nd respect your freedom of speech and right to publish your opinion.

for prosecuting you one has to come forward and identify himself as the advocate or tout for whom you have written.
The persons whom you called touts will rather enjoy feee publicity of their trade.

I will like to extend thanks to you that you depicted a fact which is true in practice. But I would like to say that there is certainly a difference between a good and a bad lawyer.
It may be true that good lawyers are either brief less or are working for other advocates who have source of hooking cases.
There is no combination between Laxmi and Saraswati (however Agrawal Community having both) and both are ok in their satisfaction. One gets satisfied by argument and other by payment. The both are at same footing. One who is not engaging Tout and one engaging Tout are both right in their view. Question is how they get satisfaction.
I think the most poor person is he who want to hire tout but having no guts.

The related question is " are advocates doing justice to their work and client ?"
If we compare the people who are into public service domain like Doctors, CAs and Advocates; all three have become commercialized,but unfortunately the most inefficient set still remains is that of advocates. Lack of competence and easy way to get the dates is further compounding the problem. The number of cases lost due to negligence or incompetence of advocates is far more than the cases won on their competence.
