i am son of my father & mother. i want my wares ( warship ) certificate. can plz adv. me . i am res. in mumbai last 45 years . i have my all documents like that my berth.liven,ect.

i am guessing that is legal heirship certificate.. because a tamil word is VARISU [LEGAL HEIR] WARSI same pronunciation., so am guessing like this

Yes it appears the Author is talking about "Waris certificate" \In Urdu LANGUAGE waris means a 'heir' The author may be talking about 'Heirship' certificate.If Yes.Please clear.If the Author wants Succession Certificate or a Heirship Certificate,one must know before giving adequate reply>The author should be clear & categorical in formulating qn so that answer is not given on guesswork.
