Rent a apartment to bachelors

I am planning to give on lease my flat in mumbai to two girls but society told they will not allow to give flat on rental basis to singles, i heard supreme court gave a judgement (reference news paper mumbai mirror dated between 8-12/9/2011) that societies cannot that societies can not stop giving flat on lease to singles) please suggest on the and please provide the reference of such judgement)

make an application to society in writing that you want to give your flat on leve and lciecnce basis to single girls

2)wait for reply in writing from society wherein they refuse to give permission

3) if society does not give reasons request them to give reasons in writing .

4) complain to registrara against the society

As society has refused you to provide your flat on rent to singles so file a complaint before Assistant Registrar against all erring officials of society as it is your right to rent out your flat to the person of your choice.

you need the support neither society nor your monetary part too. So approach the society first and give your suggestion to them as per mr sethi . if they refuse even after then you follow mr makkad's suggestion too
