I WANT TO REGISTER A RELIGIOUS COMMITTEE AT BLOCK LEVEL. PLS TELL UNDER WHAT PROCEDURE I CAN GO FOR THIS PURPOSE.

you can register the same under the Society Registration Act.

contact a local lawer and prepare the file and submit that in the relevant department for the registration of the societies.

It is better to make a trust. There are various benefits in religious matters for trust. Trust Deed is to be written wherein you may include 3 or more trustees. It is better to take services of a local lawyer dealing in such matters (generally taxation side lawyers) and then get it registered with Registrar of Firms and Societies.
