I am 35 years old MBA with 14 yrs exp. I want to go abroad but my wife place 2 civil and 1 criminal case against me in court. How can I go abroad?

You need to take permission from the court.

what type of criminal case is pending?

Court may not allow to leave country pending criminal proceedings.

Is there any conditions for release on bail ? You would need court consent to travel abroad if any conditions have been imposed by the court. Otherwise you can travel abroad if you have no impounding of Passport or Visa.

If there is no impounding of passport or visa you can go abroad,.If any criminal proceedings are pending against you you can't go abroad subject to court
s permission.
