Sir i am a properity woner . a person taken a room for two month .but after two month his wife do not beleave my room .and always threating me that i am aledies and i can catch you by false any rape case. all ready one false case is walking in chandan nagore court .please help and give me good suggetion.they are staying from 2006.

issue legal notice for eviction . file eviction suit

It appears some molestation case is pending. IF that is so then first take bail and then contest the case.
AS far as ousting the tenant is concerned, you can file a suit for his/her eviction after giving eviction notice.

Try to have amicable solution.

If not possible send legal notice and file eviction case.

Try to record their threat.
