PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION FOR PATPEDI IN MAHARASHTRA AND HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO COMPLETE AND HOW MUCH LEGAL FEES REQUIREMENT, PLEASE EXPLAIN ME IN FULL DETAILS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ITS URGENT.

A patpedhi is established under Maharashtra Co-Op Societies Act for the purpose of accpting Deposits and giving Loan to its members.

you have to form body of 11 persons with 22 lakh deposit. u have to apply in reserve bank of India for license.
