Dear sir,

kindly enlighten me regarding this matter

Out of 5 brothers one brother and,his wife and only son expired due to illness

No will, what is the proccedure to get the property of his brother ,House, land , house hold articles

Class II heirs of the deceased will be entitled to inherit the intestate properties, however, it will be difficult to give proper opinion without knowing full details.

yes. state full facts .however with the limited facts stated,pl. note if the person died intestate, then his class 1 legal heirs and if all of his class 1 legal heirs are predeceased, then their legal heirs if any,or else class 2 legal heirs will have right, title and claim on such intestate property.
if he left any will,follow the same.
