Dear sir
ground floor property his in my mothers name,it has been done will for her 3 children s,elder brother wants to construct a house on 1st floor with the permission of my mother she has agreed,weather the will have its power to all the 3 children s,what is the negative on the will,wil the ground floor can be sold in feature.

Dear sir
40/40 built up house property in my mothers name,this house is joint regestred will done in chhildrens name,now my elder brother wants to constuct a house on that bulding which already in registred will house with my mothers permission,aht will be the feature of thst house which alredy done will,kindly do the needfull.

built up house is in my mothers name,joint will has been done on 3 children s name,now my elder brother wants to built a house on that built up house with permission of my mother what will be the feature consequence for the will,shall all the 3 children s have a right to sell that house in feature,
will the ground floor have its own value in feature.
