we are living in mumbai sub-rb in slum .here 2 owners are fighting in court and we are supporting original owner.as per s.r.a. we are 40% and rest 60% signed with other owner.now we are getting daily problem from other owner to sign and daily he is making fake complaints in police station and police also supporting him.now what we can do , should we go to court. pl. advice.
our ladiies also cant go to toilet freely because the builders mens who are outsider are always sitting there.builders illeagal constructed office also there we complaint in BMC before 5 yr. but in vain.police also not hearing complaints are womens they are telling that bring evidence.builders mens are whole day taking round in each galli spl. at our place.they are always creating fighting atmosphere and insist us for fight.all administration are with builder.we made complaint to sra that withought any meeting how builder can take indivisual sign but no result.pl. help us.

very strange thing in mumbai that police are ignoring womens complaint and telling them do not fight and make settlement.

what are the offers made by rival builders . ? if offer is attractive give your consent . if police are not taklng action file complaint before magistrate under section 156(3) to direct cops to investigate . reord the threats given by builder .

You can go to court by filing petition u/s 156(3) crpc t direct the police to register FIR and cause necessary investigation.
