hi, im not getting anticipatory bail in sessions court so wht to do now want to surrender at police station or have to wait till i get bail? in high court
AT the first instance you did not mention the charges were under 498A.Your only option is to knock the doors of high court, only if your AB is rejected by the lower court.

What are the charges?
If your lawyers are sure that you can get any relief from HC, go for it, otherwise surrender in Trial Court.

In 498a case, AB seems to be difficult. Better surrender in the trial court rather than to the police.

You should go to the High Court, but there is no guarantee that high court will allow your petition.

Go to highcourt, he may consider the bail on the seriousness of allegation and the merits of the case. It totally depends on the discretion of court.

You can go to high court.
