Registration procedure for property

I am from Ahmedabad , Gujarat

I rec. one property by court order and possession given by court belief

(1) What is the procedure for registration at Registrar office(Where all sale deeg agreement registar) ?

(2) If soc. not trf. such property. What is the way ?

1. Procedure is same like registration of any other deed of conveyance.
2. Then the officials of the court would execute the necessary deed of conveyance.

Society is not a body supreme to Court or Registrar.

approach the office of Registrar and get the property mutated to your name.

I think you are confused. Court might have got the registration of the property and thereafter would have provided you possession of the mentioned property.

Anyway, if not done so, move an application to the same court and request to send its representative to the office of relevant registrar and get it registered wherein the representative of the court shall perform the duty of seller and you as buyer.

After registration of conveyance/sale-deed, you produce its one certified copy to the concerned officials of your society and they are then bound to transfer the property in your name subject to their charges etc.
