Are you lawyer or a general litigant?
If you are a fresh lawyer then go to any senior lawyer of your court and learn this basic knowledge and if you are general litigant then go to your lawyer, he shall do all.

when you have cause unfulfilled as per your right by other party then you decide to enforce it by court with in time prescribed by law. Such enforcement is brought by a narration of facts which is called plaint in which stating facts you pray relief desired to be granted to you by court up on which a fee called court fee is paid.Along with you also pay process fee for service of summons/notices to be served up on your opponent called defendant,on which he put in his appearance and files his version of story called written statement, then court proceeds what are common version between you plaintiff and him defendant and what is dispute between you two which terminates in framing issues upon which each party is called to prove his denied version,after the evidence ,the court here both party and pronounce the judgement.
