a,b,c,d, jointly isuee leagle notce to f for take their share in huf property.now c and d are not ready for file a suit in court, so a and b alone can file a suit in court? or any other leagle formality for a and b before file a suit in court.?

Any of the co sharers of a joint property can file a suit for partition for his due share.
No joinder of plaintiffs is required.
