Comlaint agst pvt. society

1. If a Society opposit to our room doesn't get repair / clean the drainage line & stools came out of Tank / chamber which makes life very difficult.

2. Their water from the pump house came out daily & accumlate in a particular spot everyday & had little way out for water.

The Society & our room belongs to Mahada. The society always delay in getting clean & takes around 2-3 months & not responding to us for quick cleanness. They always say we will do it & takes time.

What kind of action can be taken ? or where we can complain agst society ? Is it right to make complain ?

Your complaint can be made before executive magistrate of your area.

complaint to be made before executive magistrate of our area means in the court. Can I also make complaint in BMC, BMC Health Department or police station also.? What kind of action all the above may take agst them.

Mr.Tom,

The author is not the member of the society. He is a neighbor and getting disturbed by the acts of the society.

So, the author is is not a consumer and can not make a consumer complaint.

He can make a complaint to the Local Body.
