respected sir,
i have purchased a house plot at hyderabad in 1992,now i have checked the measurment of the plot since i planed to sell it.on my verification i found that all the three nighbours occupied my land@1 feet in all the three directions and constructed compound walls long back,when i approached them one nighbour accepted and removed compound wall and constructed new one with correctios the rest of two are not accepting to hand over back to me,how i can recover my land from them.

Try to resolve amicably by applying your skills and resources, by intervention of elders and well known neutral persons, .........................
If nothing works, approach an able counsel with all docs on record and understand the options and remedies.

You need to approach a civil court. You may also go for a criminal action for encroachment, if so advised.

Instead of asking them to remove the compound wall, you may prefer to get the compensation at reasonable market rate for which they may agree. Otherwise, it would prompt civil litigation and it takes its own time.

Try to have amicable settlement, litigation may take years.
If not possible, file civil suit / go for litigation after discussion with local lawyer.
