Sir,
My Father have made a will in 2007 regarding the transfer of shop in my name, he was expired in 2010... do without doctor certificate does will stands valid as that will is being Notoraised and attested by 2 witness.

If your father was mentally well at the time of execution of will then the questioned will is perfectly valid.
