How can we say that bond filled by ccompanies are legal or not .what are the conditions for that
However, for your information, nobody can say anything about legality of bond without going through the language and contents of the bond. If you are really concerned with any such bond, better consult some local lawyer by showing her the same and have his opinion on that.

Bonded labor has been abolished.
However employee should always show the document to elders in the family, competent and experienced well wishers, Employee's/Trade Union leaders,Labor Law Consultant/Service Matters Lawyer/Law firm, before blindly signing on the dotted line, without understanding the implications.
Any BOND/Agreement may be unconscionable/unreasonable/void/illegal/unenforceable.....................however by signing the employee will be providing an opportunity to employer and its cronies in HR/Legal cell to coerce/intimidate/force/pressurize etc........................claiming that employee has signed by his/her free will.
There are employees that don't even ask/obtain the copy of the document signed by them.
This is sheer negligence and then whole family shall suffer due to helplessness shown by employee.
If you have an issue don't delay and approach your counsels.

it is not possible to opine without going through terms of bond and actual controversy.
Bond can be challenged at so many grounds.
