Fir against me

a person has filed a FIR against me for having romantic feelings for his wife. But there were no physical intimacy involved as I never met her. I only spoke to her on phone as we live in different cities. I dont know whether he has really filed a FIR or just scaring me. How can I be sure and what should be my next step?

From the facts disclosed, there is no offence. But the question is, why to hurt someone's feelings by intruding in their intimate affairs.

What sort of surety do you need at this stage when there is "no" case/crime lodged against you? Still pre-mature to render any advise.

Until and unless any notice is received from the concerned police station, you should not worry for the issue and whatever you committed, should be obeyed in letter and spirit.
