My father had dead and he was a government employee.For his P.F. Funds I need a legal heir certificate. How can I get it?

You may approach the Tahsildar/Revenue department within your locality, give an application with the list of all legal heirs of your deceased father including his mother is she is alive, after investigation and proper inquiry the Tahsildar may issue the requisite certificate.
