i have very long audio recordings about 10 hours . i am afraid that my wife would file 498a case against me. i have difficulty wrinting such long transcipts as many times the voice are overlapping.. are they required in the first report we file... can anyone suggest a easier way ot software to write them ... plz help required...

Software available to convert voice into text. No surety how much successful they would prove in your case.

sir as these are the only evidence of my innocense. i am relying heavily on it... my life is at sake...
1. also some part of it is having very low volume voice as we have moved away from mike. but in the starting it is very clear.. is it still valid.then again in the end it becomes very clear..is it valid...
2) i have heard that forensics can prove it authenticity, am i right?
3. in another recording there is tv noise but human voice are very clear. is it valid too.

Yes, if FSL declares the tape as genuine then the court is bound to consider it.

First try to transcript the same into wordings and see how fare they are useful to you and then decide about proceeding with filing of a case on that basis alone or with the help of any other evidences too.
