Maintenance in divorce case

My cousin sister is having both her children and is being divorced by her husband. So after divorce according to hindu marriage

1. Will she get lump sum amount at the end of case

or

2. will she get the maintenance amount every month for her and children

if she will get money every month then what are the conditions in which she may stop getting money like second marriage, job etc.

1 & 2, Yes in either case.
Remarriage disentitle maintenance to the wife.

Your cousin sister is having both her children and is being divorced by her husband.
If already Divorced, if MCD, terms apply.
If contested: follow Decree.

you have not mentioned whether it is mutual consent divorce or contested divorce . if it is MCD it is as per consent terms . alimony awarded would depend upon husband income , years of marriage etc . if she remarries she would lose monthly maintenance if any awarded
