Step son rights in the property

Dear Experts,
i want to know that if the women or divorcee re-married legally with another person with one son, is that son has any rights or share in the property of his second father?, please send me details about the same and if yes then under which act or law?

no step son has no rights on step father property unless he has been adopted by step father

From point of all-encompassing scope of meaning of son.....................step son does not have right.

Son from first marriage has no right in the property of the second husband of the mother.
