1st motion already done.

girl not coming for 2nd motion for past one year.

is there any way to find the girl, where she is residing these days, as she is not living with her parents for the past one year.

what if her photograph posted on INternet to find her... whether there is any harm in this..

if your wife is not willing to attend court for second motion divorce petition would be dismissed . it appears your wife has deliberately disappeared so that you wont compel her to attend court .

She is not appearing hence she is not willing to go for divorce. The petition would be dismissed.

Had you executed any compromise deed and had paid some amount accordingly prior to the filing of MCD and if yes then you can compel her to attend the hearing by filing a criminal complaint under section 420 IPC.
