Father's power of attorney

Hello ,
My father purchased a property in 1995 on GPA deed
Now he is no more so in this case the property can be transfer in the name of wife and children?

Registered sale deed need to be registered in favor of LH by the first owner who gave the POA.

The GPA has died along with your father.

The principal alone is having the right to sell the property. If the consideration is already paid, you can demand the principal to register the property in the name of wife or children of the deceased.
