Whether eligibile to file the case as consumer in consumer court

sir, thanks a lot for the reply,,, I bought in the year 2011 april, and sold the flat when it was completed in june 2014.. and illegal transfer fees was charged recently in june 2014.
now please clarify the scene, whether I can file the case in consumer court,,for the recovery of the same from builder...

yes you can file the complaint in consumer forum as fees were charged in June 2014 only . always state complete facts of your case when you raise a query
