Opening of a special school

Dear All,

Hi! My wife and I are currently running a special school in mumbai.
We need to get the same registered, for which we are loaded with mixed advises that we would need to open a trust to register the special school.
Can you all please guide us as too what is the exact process for this.
Currently the school is NOT a non-profit assosiation.
