In case of Unsecured Personal loans ,a recovery certificate against the Borrower is issued by DRT.What will happen next? What are the next steps the applicant bank can take to recover the dues?How can the borrower challenge such an order?

bank will take recovery proceedings by attachment of defaulter property . borrower can go in appeal before DRAT . best option is to pay

Dear Querist
the borrower may file an appeal before DRAT against the order passed by DRT.
the bank may file execution and start proceeding for attachment of property or person.
