Hi,

I know how to make a Will. I want to make a will i.e. on my death, my flat should be transferred to my family.

or if yu want to write yourself then it should be legible understanble language, clear description of who you are and which religion (sect) you follow and full description of whom you want to transfer which property. Complete description of proper should be there. Date and signature of witnesses with date and full description of they are.

Witnesses should be of that integrity who , when required may come and depose truly in the court, when the will is challenged. In most probability it will be challenged
