Hi I m Amit from mumbai, want to ask what is a Civil Suit. Can it be filed on whom. Like Gov. Institutions, Courts, State Gov. ETC.

I cannot name the institution or the gov. or the state gov. deriliction of duty because of which my life is in danger were and I have so far filed some complains to the police chief and yhe president of india anf even the prime minister and some petitions in the various courts of india .But no action is being Taken against the Accused because of high profile contacts of him. so I was thinking of filing civil suit.

if no action is taken lodge complaint with Magistrate under section 156(3) to direct police to investigate

You shall have to disclose the name of the institution even if you are of the view to initiate appropriate action against the erring party. File criminal complaint through your lawyer.

If I say that the supreme crt tells me that ur Remedy is with high crt and if high crt does jot do anything than what to do?
