Hi,
I just need to ask if there is some fees in case i have surrendered my enrollment with bar council and want to re-acquire that.

A para from the book-let of Punjab & Haryana Bar council is as under:
PROCEDURE FOR VOLUNTARILY SUSPENSION OF PRACTICE
An Advocate who take up employment/ service or business or for any other reason is required to intimate to Bar Council within ninety days, by registered post, through an application with date of voluntarily suspension together with his/her enrolment certificate and identity card in original.
Suspension of practice will be notified to all concerned as required under rules 24, IX of the Bar Council of India.

I want to know about the fees if I want to re -aquire the surrendered enrollment.
I have read it somewhere that it is Rs.25000/-

Fee differs every where. You need to get the desired information from your own Bar Council which has to issue you certificate.
