Dear Sir,
One persons made a house in Nagar palika Area which is neither a PATTA nor a legal registry. He is occupies Govt. Land & he is govt. servant in Police department with his wife false statement i.e we are earning nil.
After that he was given rental to other persons & earn RAJASVA...one day his husband -police man broken the shop -criminal case launch for them.
Now we interested to launch Civil case in which Nagar palika & police man wife will be party........
Please give best suggestion as well as DHARA for this persons....Because he is create united crime.....

Encroachment of public land is a criminal offence. Why not move the Judicial Magistrate?

You should move for removing the encroachment.

If it is concerning/disturbing you, issue legal notice through local lawyer for removal of encroachment.

The author being lawyer herself, should help herself for format through the aid of local lawyer friends. For an action as envisaged under law, she should take advise of local lawyers to proceed as per the circumstance of the case/situation.
