Refusal to accept also equivalent to Service.Still if you want to be strong You could make a News Paper Publication thro Advocate Stating every thing including Refusal of Regd Letter
Annu (Querist) 04 March 2014
Sir are its contents be taken to be true if i have not opened those letters.

Better not to open the Returned unless you have sent documents which could expire in Time like Demand Draft Etc Why you want to open You have to file the same in court unopen

The returned registered letter with remarks 'refused' endorsed in it is an evidence for having served the notice, the returned letter not to be opened, to be filed as it is along with other documents to the suit.

Sir will it be legitimate and would make my point stronger if once the party has refused to accept can i again send them the letter after sometime?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 16 March 2014
Keep the refused letter intact. You may send him further letter mentioning that he refused letters dated .....and dated .... copy of which are attached for reference. Latter dated .... and dated ..... were accepted by you but reply is still awaited. Give reference of all letters sent whether accepted or not in your every letter.
