respected friends
i want to know that if plan of building in passed by priscribed authority and compounded,after 30 years of construction can priscribed authority can do CHALLAN u/s 10 of u.p. R.B.O. ACT 1958.
WILL ANY LIMITATION PERIOD WILL BE COUNT OR NOT?????
